Hoole Food Market
A private operational tool for Hoole Food Market’s authorised staff. It brings supplier invoice PDFs from the business Gmail mailbox into HFMOS for review, helping staff check purchasing records without downloading each attachment by hand.
The connection requests Gmail read-only access. Its invoice collector searches approved supplier senders and subjects, reads matching messages and retrieves PDF attachments. Google’s permission covers the mailbox; HFMOS applies its own supplier selection rules.
It cannot send email, change labels, mark messages as read or delete messages. Collecting a document does not approve an invoice, confirm a delivery or post stock: staff review remains part of the workflow.
This is not a public email service. There is no public registration, and the application accepts only the business mailbox configured by its operator. Operational records and the HFMOS application remain private.
